Delivery & Returns

We deliver to the UK mainland and currently do not ship abroad.

Items will normally be dispatched within 3 - 4 working days (does not include weekends and Bank Holidays)

Delivery costs are £4.50 for most items.

We will deliver goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for lost packages if you enter an incorrect postal address/postcode.

We also cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this has been caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period.

Returns/refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price including the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage cost unless the item received was faulty.

Items should be returned to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.  When returning items, they should be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We may not be able to offer a refund for goods that have been sent back to us if they have been poorly packaged. Please ensure that you keep a receipt for the return postage as we cannot accept liabilty for goods lost in transit.

If your package arrives in a damaged condition, we ask that you take a photograph of the damaged parcel and get in touch with us immediately after delivery via our email address - [email protected]
